Welcome My NEW Baby- Name undecided- any suggestions??? I'd like to name her something along the lines of "little miss sunshine" has anyone named their horse that?? its mighty familliar! or something with gold or sun in it, but not too cheesy... Any help appreciated! She is an OF Schleich Haflinger mare. I hate ageing models because its a little tricky... so i just dont... a horse is either below 4 or over 4. Anyhow, heres my new little sunshine... : ) whaddya think??

Just let me know if u need one- my shops sell pretty much all of the schleichs, except for the 2007's which IM TOTALLY IN LOVE WITH!!!!!! Good luck with yr11- um, i am just going to say "dont lag behind" as my helpful advice, coz thats just what i did and even tho it got me into mycourse, i kinda regret not knowing the basic content of the subjects i didnt pay attention to... PS- I AM IN LOOVE WITH THAT BUCKSKIN!!! i want one! im in the breyer buying mode again, but cant figure out which one to get! maybe i should just continue with the schleichs.....

Roemers are great! Not that Ive done much showing lately, much too busy! Yet im on the net...... oh well, lets just say im enjoying my hols. Need to do a heap of chemistry, but i cant be stuffed!!!!!!! Yes, Breyers are sooo much conformationally correct than schleichs but they are sooo cute! and the scale works well for me. I just got a gorgeous CM Dragonstone arab, and am in looove! I am in love with traditional breyers- but am thinking of focusing on a particular scale, i cant decide! i love trads, and they are the most easiest to work with... I think i will focus on them and the schleichs. How embarrassing. I have 36 schleichs.... i think i should stop soon... Love Buddy- Hes so cute!

haha yeah focusing on one scale would be good, keep you focused at least i think schleich's and trads are a good idea. that way, you get the best of both worlds! and if your short on money, buy a schleich, and if you have enough, buy a trad! =D thats what i mainly do, although ive stopped buying schleich's.. seeing as i cant find any good ones.. and my eyes are set on alot of the 2007 breyers lol. wow 36 schleichs hey!! thats pretty cool ^^ yeah buddy is cute.. since i fell off him ive been pretty nervous though.. he can tell too, which makes it worse. alicia's promised me that it will get better though, the more my confidence gets up. i hope thats soon lol, hes been so skittish lately, i nearly fell off again the other day.. he shied over nothing.

my friends horse is like that- really picks up on her nerves. when i fall off, i get straight back on, but usually i just walk around for a while to calm myself down!

That's good advice - all my horses have been like that! Another trick to calm yourself down is to sing (or laugh!) ;D

haha thanks guys yeah i get back on too... and just walk around a bit before im comfortable. i get shaken up pretty easily.. considering i learnt for 4 years on bomb proof school ponies... a horse thats a little bit greener like buddy is daunting at times. i often forget what he is capable of.. if he wants too. plus, the school ponies are just that. ponies that dont exceed 14.2hh!! whereas bud reaches the 16hh mark.. ouch it hurt my bumb from up there lol.

the oly times ive fallen off recently, ive laughed so hard, it didnt hurt! the first time at camp, we were in XC, and i ended up sitting on the jump! my instructor pulled me off in the water jump-on PURPOSE (ill get melissa one day..................) i was in a jumping round an misty swerved, i lost balance, enden up on her neck, couldnt get back up, so had to get off.
ok, so the last two dont really count, but i still ost contact with the horse!
